What we collect
- Organizers: name, email, a hashed password, calendar details and photos, and the payment handles you add (Venmo, PayPal, Zelle). A Stripe key, if you add one, is stored encrypted.
- Sponsors: the name, optional email, optional message and days you enter, and the payment method you choose. We never see card numbers; card payments are handled by Stripe.
- Security records: IP address and time for sign-in attempts and important actions (confirming a payment, changing settings), used to prevent abuse.
Who can see it
A sponsor's name is shown publicly on the calendar unless they choose “anonymous”, and organizers may choose to show first names only. The organizer always sees the sponsor's real name, email and message. Calendars can be set to “unlisted” and kept out of search engines.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in and protect forms. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Who processes data for us
Our web host and email provider, the payment services you choose (Stripe, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle) and, if enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile for bot checks. We do not sell personal data.
Your choices
Organizers can download their data or delete their account (which also deletes their calendars and the sponsor records on them) from Dashboard → Account & data. Sponsors can ask the organizer, or us, to remove their name or email. We keep records only as long as needed to run the service and meet legal duties.
Children
Accounts are for adults. Fundraisers that feature a child must be run by a parent or guardian, and we provide options to show first names only, hide photos, and keep a page unlisted. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
